Prior to your pre-arranged cook day, we will provide you with a questionnaire that will tell us about all your food preferences, allergies, and favourite cuisines. With this information in hand, we plan a personalized, well-balanced five-meal menu. Every meal will meet your nutritional needs and weight objectives.
On your cook day, we will arrive at your house with fresh groceries and all of the utensils needed to prepare your menu.
With your kitchen left sparkling clean and home smelling wonderful, you can sit back and enjoy your valuable leisure time, knowing that healthy, home-cooked meals are waiting for you.
Your customized meals will be packaged (with label and date) and stored. When you are ready for dinner, just follow a few simple instructions to prepare. Our meals will taste as if they were just prepared!

Prior to your special date, My Secret Chef will meet with you to plan the menu and consult on table and place settings to create just the right ambiance that reflects your occasion. We will shop for the freshest ingredients the day of your event; arrive at your home complete with our professional cookware; and prepare and serve each course. We will leave your kitchen and dining area spotless following the meal. Experience fine dining in your own home!

In-Home Catering:
Be a guest at your own dinner party for six to sixteen people. Let My Secret Chef do the shopping, planning, and cooking. We manage every detail. All you have to do is pick the date, the time, and the menu and My Secret Chef will do the rest. We shop for the freshest ingredients the day of your event, arrive at your house complete with our professional cookware, prepare and serve each course and—we will leave your kitchen spotless after cleaning up!
Catered dinners are served using your place settings and silverware. Additional silverware and place settings are available for a small extra cost.
For eight people:
We attractively plate and serve each course individually.
For eight to twenty five people:
We will serve your meal buffet style, attractively presented in serving dishes that we supply.

Ever wonder why people frequent a particular restaurant and pay a lot of hard-earned money for mashed potatoes? Is it because they taste so much better than those prepared at home? How do the sauces at restaurants achieve such smoothness? Or how is that interesting cut obtained on a piece of chicken? Wonder no more. My Secret Chef will be happy to share cooking secrets with you.
Just gather a group of six to ten friends or family for an interactive cooking class in your home, and My Secret Chef will be happy to show you how to prepare delicious and nutritious foods. You will eat what we prepare, and each participant will take home a detailed recipe complete with hints, tips, and secrets of the trade.

Mise en Place:
Mise en Place is a French term that means doing the “prep” work prior to the final cooking and serving of the meal.
Depending on the type of party you’re planning, Mise en Place can be time consuming and extensive. Let My Secret Chef do the Mise en Place for you. Just pick the menu and we will do the dicing, slicing, chopping, blanching, parcooking, and marinating for you. We then clean up and are gone before your guests arrive, leaving you with detailed instructions on completing the final cooking and serving each course. Your guests will be dazzled with a memorable culinary and entertaining experience. And, you take all the credit. It’s your secret and ours!
