I have a story to tell!

It’s about Jerk Dog and Jamaican Paradise Dog and how these came to be.
My husband loves sausages, but most are high in fat and fillers. Worse, nitrites are usually added. As a Personal Chef, I am passionate about healthy, nutritious eating. Commercial sausages are not a regular part of our diet.

So, I decided to make my own sausages - a healthier version - without compromising taste. I call them Jerk Dog and Jamaican Paradise Dog.

Jerk Dog and Jamaican Paradise Dog have a distinct Jamaican flavour, but a taste that is uniquely mine. The main ingredients are turkey, lean pork, and a combination of tropical seasonings that will tempt your palate and make your appetite sing.

Jerk Dog and Jamaican Paradise Dog have no fillers or preservatives!

Enjoy them with homemade condiments - again uniquely mine - reflective of Jamaican culture. Your taste buds will thank you.
